Marcozzi Brand at Sol&Agrifood 2023

From 2 to 5 April, we took part in the Sol&Agrifood - Salone Internazionale dell'Agroalimentare di Qualità (International Exhibition of Quality Agro-foods) fair held in Verona, in conjunction with Vinitaly.

A b2b fair dedicated to those offering and those seeking only products of excellence in the food and wine sectors. Areas in which producers, like Marcozzi Brand, are promoters of the tradition and culture of good food, craftsmanship and love for the territory. Values that distinguish Marcozzi Brand pasta from Made in Italy.

At the stand Barbara Marcozzi, owner and representative of the brand, presented the main lines of artisan dry pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina.

  • Strampelli Amatrice, certified De.Co, a denomination that protects the history and traditions linked to       typical local production, for a true ‘Made in Amatrice’.
  • Mannetti, the most recent brand of the Marcozzi Group for artisanal dry pasta made from 100% Italian   durum wheat semolina, in the 500g Retail Bio line that boasts the PAT of Lazio - Prodotto Agroalimentare   Tradizionale (Traditional Food Product) recognition and in the Food Service line formats dedicated to   catering.
