ANTICA PASTA DI CAMPOFILONE

Authentic italian egg pasta crafted in Campofilone, Italy

We bring Italian excellence to your table

Made in Italy with selected durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, Antica Pasta brings the pasta-making tradition of Campofilone to your table. Slow drying gives our pasta its delicate golden color, incredible texture, and a porous surface, perfect for absorbing every sauce.

COOK IT THE ITALIAN WAY

Antica Pasta is delicate and cooks quickly. Follow these simple steps for the best result.

  1. Bring the water to a full boil: Use a large pot (about 8 inches) with plenty of water. Add salt only when the water is boiling. There's no need to add oil.
  2. Add the pasta without breaking it: Place the pasta gently into the boiling water, one tray feeds two people. Allow it to soften before stirring.
  3. Stir gently and taste early: Our egg pasta cooks faster than conventional dried pasta. Stir carefully to protect its delicate texture and begin tasting before the suggested cooking time is complete to verify it suits your taste.
  4. Reserve some pasta water: Before draining, save a small cup of cooking water. Being rich in starch, it will help your sauce coat the pasta evenly.
  5. Toss directly with the sauce: Do not rinse the pasta. Add it directly to your sauce, using a little reserved cooking water if needed.

WHY ANTICA PASTA TASTES DIFFERENT

Handcrafted in Campofilone. Our pasta is made in Campofilone, a small hill town in Italy’s Marche region, where egg pasta has been the beating heart of local life for centuries.

Made with selected Italian ingredients. We combine Italian durum wheat semolina with fresh, high-quality eggs. The result is a pasta with a golden color and an ancient, authentic flavor. We bring tradition to your table, with no compromises and no preservatives.

Designed to hold the sauce. Bronze-drawing gives the pasta a pleasantly rough and porous texture—the perfect secret for capturing sauce and enhancing every bite.

Hand-rolled. Following the tradition of Campofilone, we still hand-roll the long formats onto sheets of paper, preserving their extraordinary delicacy.

Slowly dried, just like in the old days. Slow, controlled drying preserves the pasta's consistency, flavor, and aroma.

BEST WAYS TO ENJOY ANTICA PASTA

The delicate flavor of egg pasta works beautifully with both traditional Italian sauces and more creative combinations.
