Marcozzi and Strampelli at Cibus 2022
The International Food Exhibition, Cibus, is back in style for its 21st edition.
The international fair, held in Parma from 3 to 6 May 2022, welcomed as many as 3,000 companies, most of them Italian, to exhibit and present their products to over 80,000 Italian and foreign visitors and professionals.
Cibus has become the reference event for the Made in Italy agrifood sector: a unique opportunity to present gastronomic excellence and develop international trade relations by putting buyers in direct contact with companies. The guaranteed level of quality is very high, which is why our pasta could not miss it.
At Arsial's institutional stand, in the heart of the Food Valley, we participated with our specialities that have represented the excellence of master pasta makers for generations: Strampelli Amatrice and Marcozzi di Campofilone.
Strampelli Amatrice is the result of an ambitious project, it has given life to a product that symbolises ‘Made in Amatrice’ while respecting the traditions of typical local processing. The De.Co certification is proof that the slow-drying Strampelli pasta preserves the true identity of historical local dishes such as Amatriciana and Gricia.
Marcozzi di Campofilone: only genuine, natural and safe ingredients. The slow drying at low temperatures and the artisan processing of the raw materials help preserve the ancient flavour of handmade pasta. The wide range of shapes, quick to cook, lend themselves to traditional or creative preparations.
The event allowed us to make our Fine Food Philosophy known: the respect and appreciation for the environment, the link with our land and the tradition of craftsmanship that give an authentic and refined experience to those who wish to cook with products of excellence.
